Project Engineer.

Working at Sandfirden

As a Project Engineer, you will support the R&D department in expanding and maintaining the Sandfirden Technics product range such as diesel and gas engines.

The work consists of:

Develop, elaborate and support project plans in the field of new and/or special mechanical engineering installations for power generation through internal combustion engines and other installations.
Apply for, implement and maintain Type Approval Certificates and associated procedures, guidelines, regulations, specifications and instructions of internal combustion engines produced by Sandfirden Technics and other installations and constructions in the field of Class Rules and emission requirements.
Support the Projects, Sales, Service and Aftersales departments.

We ask:

HBO+ direction Mechanical Engineering, Combustion Engines, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Shipbuilding or similar.
Knowledge/experience or/with modern gas and diesel engines (generators and propulsion and CHP plants).
Hands-on mentality, communication skills in word and writing, flexible and quality-oriented attitude.
Dutch and English language in word and writing.
You can handle MS-Office and preferably AutoDesk Inventor.
